Can I buy multiple parking tickets at once?

No, it is not possible to purchase multiple parking tickets at the same time. However, you can purchase multiple parking tickets one after another.

Can I buy a ticket for multiple vehicles?

Yes, it is possible to purchase a ticket that is valid for two different license plates, provided the operator has enabled this feature.

‍Please note, however, that each ticket is valid for only one vehicle at a time.

Can I extend my parking ticket if I need to park longer?

No, it is not possible to extend your current parking ticket. However, you can always purchase a new parking ticket that follows immediately after the old one.

Example: If your ticket expires on June 15, you can purchase a new one starting on June 16.

Can I cancel or change my parking ticket after I've purchased it?

Yes, you can cancel or change your parking ticket if the start date is still in the future or if it has been less than 14 days since the purchase. To do so, you must fill out the cancellation form included in the Terms and Conditions and send it to MHP, or send an email requesting the cancellation. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Will I receive a refund if I leave the parking lot earlier than planned?

No, there is no refund if you leave the parking lot earlier than planned. The parking ticket purchased before the start of your stay is valid.

How can I view my invoices or receipts for the parking tickets I purchased?

Once the booking is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email, which also serves as a payment receipt.

Can I save my payment information for future purchases?

No, it is currently not possible to save your payment information for future purchases.

How do I know if my parking ticket purchase was successful?

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email at the email address provided during checkout.

I entered the link to the online store and got an error message. What can I do?

First, check the link you typed for typos. If possible, copy the link into your browser instead of typing it out.

I've already created an account, but I can't log in and I'm getting an error message. What should I do?

Please check whether you are on the login page or the registration page. If you have already created an account, you must log in using the login form; you cannot log in using the registration form.

What happens if I enter my license plate number incorrectly?

When booking, it is important to enter the correct license plate number, as the parking ticket you purchase is only valid for the vehicle listed. Incorrect information may result in the ticket being invalid. Please note that you will be required to pay a fine if you park with an incorrect license plate number, as the system will assume you have not paid.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect license plate number, please contact customer service. Changed license plate numbers cannot currently be reflected in reminder emails. Please keep this in mind.

Is the parking ticket still valid if I arrive later than the specified start time?

Yes, the parking ticket remains valid until the expiration date, regardless of the start time indicated.

Can I give the parking ticket to someone else if I can't use it?

The parking ticket is not transferable to other vehicles, including other vehicles owned by the customer.

How secure is my payment information in the online store?

Your payment information is secure in our online store. We use payment service providers such as Stripe (for Germany and Austria) and Datatrans (for Switzerland) to process payments. These providers use encrypted SSL or TLS connections to protect your data. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address bar in your browser changing to "https://" and by the padlock icon.

During the payment process, your data is transmitted to the respective payment service providers, who process it in accordance with their own privacy policies. We have no influence over their data processing. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your data protection rights, please contact the relevant payment service provider directly.

How do I receive a confirmation after purchasing my parking ticket?

Immediately after making a reservation, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

What should I do if I encounter technical issues during the purchase process?

Immediately after making a reservation, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

Can I change the start date and time of my parking ticket after purchasing it?

No, the start date and time of the ticket are set by you before purchase and cannot be changed afterward.

Is there a limit to how far in advance I can buy a parking ticket?

No, with the exception of special tickets such as season tickets, there is no limit on how far in advance you can purchase a parking ticket.

Can I get an invoice for my business?

At this time, you can only request an invoice directly from Customer Service by sending an email to info@mh-parkservice.de.

What payment methods are accepted?

Germany: Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, Sofortüberweisung, and Link
Austria: Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, Link, and eps transfer
Switzerland: Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, and TWINT

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Verification ensures that you have access to special tickets that are not available to the general public. These tickets often offer special benefits, such as lower prices or specific validity periods tailored to your needs.

How do I get my verification code?

Your verification code is usually provided by your employer, landlord, or the service provider. The code may be, for example, your employee ID, email address, or another unique identifier. You can obtain further information from the parking lot operator.

What should I do if my verification code doesn't work?

First, check the code for typos. If the code still doesn't work, please contact the appropriate person at your company or the parking lot operator to make sure the code is correct. Alternatively, you can proceed without verification and view the public tickets.

Can I complete the verification process later?

Yes, you can complete the verification process at any time through your profile in the online store. Just click the profile icon in the top right corner and select the verification option.

What happens if I enter the wrong code?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect code that was accepted, please notify the appropriate contact person at the parking lot operator or your employer so that the error can be corrected. You can then verify your access again using the correct code.

I've logged in, so why aren't my tickets showing up?

Some online stores only display tickets to users who have successfully verified their accounts. You can verify your account at any time through your profile on the online store. Simply click the profile icon in the top right corner and select the verification option.

What should I do if I haven't received a verification code?

Not all users of the online store receive a verification code. These codes are mainly used for designated employee parking spaces. If you did not receive a code, you can purchase public parking tickets.

What happens if I enter the wrong code?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect code that was accepted, please notify the appropriate contact person at the parking lot operator or your employer so that the error can be corrected. You can then verify your access again using the correct code.

Will I still be able to view public tickets after verification?

Yes, even after verification, you can still view and purchase public tickets. Verification simply adds special options relevant to you to your ticket selection.

What should I do if I want to switch my account to a new parking space?

If you'd like to use a new parking space, you can complete the verification process again. To do so, go to the account overview in the online store and select the appropriate option.

How secure is my data during the verification process?

Your personal information will be treated confidentially and used solely for the verification process. For more details, please read the privacy policy in the Mobility Hub Parkservice Online Shop.

Who can help me with questions about verification?

If you have any questions or issues, please contact the appropriate person at your company or the parking lot operator. Mobility Hub Parkservice does not manage verification codes; it merely provides the platform for purchasing tickets.
