Can I buy several parking tickets at the same time?

No, it is not possible to buy several parking tickets at the same time. However, several parking tickets can be purchased one after the other.

Can I buy a ticket for several vehicles?

Yes, it is possible to purchase a ticket that is valid for two different license plates, if this has been set up by the operator.

‍Please note, however, that each ticket is only valid for one vehicle at a time.

Can I extend my parking ticket if I have to park for longer?

No, it is not possible to extend your current parking ticket. However, you can buy a new parking ticket at any time, which will follow on from the old parking ticket.

Example: Your ticket ends on 15.06., then you buy a new one starting from 16.06..

Can I cancel or change my parking ticket after I have purchased it?

Yes, you can cancel or change your parking ticket if the start date is still in the future or the date of purchase is less than 14 days in the past. To do this, you must complete the cancellation form contained in the GTC and send it to MHP, or write an e-mail to this effect. The refund usually takes 5 - 10 working days. Further details can be found in the GTC.

Is there a refund if I leave the parking lot earlier than planned?

No, there is no refund if you leave the parking lot earlier than planned. The parking ticket purchased before the start of your stay applies.

How can I view my invoices or receipts for the parking tickets I have purchased?

After a successful booking, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail, which also serves as proof of payment.

Can I save my payment information for future purchases?

No, it is currently not possible to save your payment information for future purchases.

How do I know if my parking ticket purchase was successful?

After successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of payment.

I have typed in the link to the online store and get an error message. What can I do?

First check the typed link for typing errors. If possible, copy the link into your browser instead of typing it in.

I have already created an account, but I can't log in and I get an error message. What can I do?

Please check whether you are on the login page or the registration page. If you have already created an account, you must log in via the login screen; you cannot log in via the registration form.

What happens if I enter my vehicle registration number incorrectly?

During the booking process, it is important to enter the correct license plate number, as the booked parking ticket is only valid for the specified vehicle. Incorrect details could result in the ticket not being valid. Please note that you will have to pay a penalty if you park with an incorrect license plate number, as the system assumes that you have not paid.

If you notice that you have entered an incorrect license plate number, please contact customer service. Changed license plates cannot currently be included in the reminder emails. Please note this.

Is the parking ticket also valid if I arrive later than the specified start time?

Yes, the parking ticket remains valid until the end date, regardless of the specified start time.

Can I give the parking ticket to someone else if I can't use it?

The parking ticket is not transferable to other vehicles, not even to other vehicles of the customer.

How secure is my payment information in the online store?

Your payment information is secure in the online store. We use payment service providers such as Stripe (for Germany and Austria) and Datatrans (for Switzerland) to process payments. These providers use encrypted SSL or TLS connections to protect your data. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address line of your browser, which changes to "https://", and by the lock symbol.

During payment processing, your data is transmitted to the respective payment service providers, who process it in accordance with their own data protection regulations. We have no influence on their data processing. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your data protection rights, please contact the relevant payment service provider directly.

How do I receive confirmation after purchasing my parking ticket?

Immediately after booking, the customer receives a booking confirmation by e-mail.

What do I do if I have technical problems with my purchase?

Immediately after booking, the customer receives a booking confirmation by e-mail.

Can I change the start date and time of my parking ticket after purchase?

No, the start date and time of the ticket are set by you before purchase and cannot be changed afterwards.

Is there a limit to how far in advance I can buy a parking ticket?

No, with the exception of special tickets such as season tickets, there is no limit to how far in advance you can buy a parking ticket.

Can I receive an invoice for my company?

You can currently only request an invoice directly from customer service by sending an e-mail to info@mh-parkservice.de.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Germany: GooglePay, Apple Pay, credit card, instant bank transfer and link
Austria: GooglePay, Apple Pay, credit card, link and eps bank transfer
Switzerland: GooglePay, Apple Pay, credit card and TWINT

Why do I need to verify myself?

Verification ensures that you get access to special tickets that are not available to the general public. These tickets often offer special benefits such as lower prices or special validity periods tailored to your needs.

How do I get my verification code?

Your verification code is usually sent to you by your employer, landlord or the provider. The code can be, for example, your employee number, e-mail address or another unique identifier. You can obtain information on this from the parking space operator.

What happens if my verification code does not work?

First check the code for typing errors. If the code still does not work, please get in touch with the relevant contact person at your company or the parking area operator to ensure that the code is correct. Alternatively, you can continue without verification and view the public tickets.

Can I also carry out the verification later?

Yes, you can complete verification at any time via your profile in the online store. Simply click on the profile icon at the top right and select the verification option.

What happens if I enter the wrong code?

If you have inadvertently entered an incorrect but accepted code, please inform the responsible contact person at the parking space operator or your employer to correct the error. You can then carry out a new verification with the correct code.

I have logged in, why are no tickets displayed?

Some online stores only display tickets to those who have successfully verified themselves. You can carry out verification at any time via your profile in the online store. Simply click on the profile icon at the top right and select the verification option.

What should I do if I have not received a verification code?

Not all users of the online store receive a verification code. These codes are mainly used for special employee parking lots. If you have not received a code, you can purchase public parking tickets.

What happens if I enter the wrong code?

If you have inadvertently entered an incorrect but accepted code, please inform the responsible contact person at the parking space operator or your employer to correct the error. You can then carry out a new verification with the correct code.

Can I still see public tickets after verification?

Yes, you can continue to view and purchase public tickets even after verification. Verification simply adds special options that are relevant to you to your ticket offer.

What do I do if I want to change my account to a new parking space?

If you would like to use a new parking space, you can carry out a new verification. To do this, go to the account overview in the online store and select the appropriate option.

How secure is my data during verification?

Your personal information will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the verification process. For more details, please read the privacy policy in the Mobility Hub Parking Service Online Shop.

Who can help me with questions about verification?

If you have any questions or problems, please get in touch with the responsible contact person in your company or the operator of the parking area. Mobility Hub Parking Service does not manage verification codes, but only provides the platform for purchasing tickets.
